There are three ways to book appointments with us! You can book online, call or text us at (415) 993-2210, or you can send us an email request.

Where do you provide Service?

As a Mobile Notary service, we specialize in bringing our service to you. This might be at your home or office, a hospital, an assisted-living facility, a restaurant, a Starbucks or Peet’s, a nursing facility, airport, federal, state or county building….anywhere in Sonoma or Marin Counties. Please feel free to contact us with further questions.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Checks, Paypal, Venmo, and of course Cash. We can also provide invoicing upon request.

Our normal business hours are as follows:

Monday: 8am-7pm
Tuesday: 8am-7pm
Wednesday: 8am-7pm
Thursday: 8am-7pm
Friday: 8am-7pm
Sat/Sun: Call for availability

Are you Licensed & insured?

Yes! All of the Notaries that work with us go through yearly background tests, pass the CA mandated Notary exam and have current bonds and E&O insurance through the State of California.

What is a Notary Public?

A Notary Public is a public servant appointed by the State to act as an impartial witness in taking acknowledgments, administering oaths and affirmations, and performing other acts authorized by state law. Notaries lend credibility to the authenticity of certain sensitive signed documents through identification of the signer. A notarized document ensures to the public that it’s signer personally appeared in front of the notary and signed the document or documents.
